What is a UGC Creator?

A UGC creator makes authentic, relatable content for brands to use in their marketing, often in the form of photos and videos. The goal is to build trust and community around a brand's products, unlike an influencer who focuses on reaching a large audience on their own platform. UGC is often considered better than influencer marketing because it is perceived as more authentic and trustworthy by consumers, leading to higher purchase impact and conversions.

How do you pay for a UGC Creator?

.Payment options include a flat fee per video or a customised package that includes multiple pieces of content. Packages can be tailored to your needs, and the package rate is more cost-effective than booking individual videos or photos. Once you decide to work with me, I will send a contract and invoice, and then start creating content for you.

If you don’t like the content, can you get a refund?

Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds, but I am committed to delivering content that satisfies you. If you don’t like the first piece of content I submit, I will remake it at no extra charge. Content modification requests can be made once; additional revisions will incur a $100 fee per revision.

Do I need to arrange a photographer to book yuki as a model?

f you’re simply looking for fresh visual content, I also work with a professional photographer who can help organise the shoot, including location and creative ideas from my side as Creative Strategy Package.

How can I get your Rate?

I don’t display my rates on my website. If you’re interested in working with me, simply send me a message, and we can discuss the price and plan.

Do you also do shoots in other states in Australia or overseas?

Yes, I am based in Brisbane and Kanagawa, Japan, but I’m happy to travel for your campaign. If it is outside of QLD, an additional travel fee will apply.
